My immediate and unqualified answer to this question is “YES”.

Fortunately, I have wanted to create a blog here anyway, and the chance to win a Wii was only a good motivator to finally do this.

Because of this mitigating factor, I have to reduce that “YES” to a much softer “ALMOST CERTAINLY”.
